Early bird rates end Monday, February 24

Concrete is the most versatile building material in the world and is an extremely important component of our new structures that shape our beautiful city’s skyline.  Even with the best-laid plans, sometimes there are challenges that need to be overcome before, during and after the concrete has been placed.  This conference is a chance to familiarize yourself with the challenges that may arise and give you a crash course into the technologies, guidelines, and expertise that can be used to move past the challenges and help your project get back on track to meet your client’s objectives.  At the very least, it will give you context into how challenges arise and the direction to look to help your project team overcome it.

In total there are 18 technical presentations over the course of three days including topics such as:

  • 10 Significant Global Construction Trends
  • Using Carbon Fiber in Repair of New Construction
  • Nondestructive Evaluation and Repair of Concrete Retaining Walls
  • Concrete Placement and Finishing Defects: Causes, Evaluation, Repair, and Mitigation
  • And many more.
